-Go running. Start off slowly and then push yourself. Run uphill to really get going, it’s great cardio. Do a few minutes at full throttle and then go slowly again, that way you burn calories more efficiently. The same goes for the treadmill or the stepper.
-Tone your muscles. Do crunches, not just forwards crunches bút also sideways ones. Work those muscles! Do Leg-lifts and lift weights to tone your arms. Muscles may weigh more than fat, but you look much better toned than flabby. A muscular 150 pounds can be gorgeous, if it’s all fat that’s less likely.
